Parking
We are in a residential area with limited parking. Please park in the driveway or on the street in front of the building. Please be mindful of those arriving after you by pulling up closely to other cars. Our neighbors request that students do not park in front of their homes. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are unsure where to park, call 481-1533 when you arrive.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable, fitted clothing such as leggings, jazz pants, shorts, leotards, tank tops and sports bras. Sweat pants, jeans and long skirts are not recommended (sheer skits are fine). Dance shoes such as ballet slippers or jazz shoes are recommended; if you do not have these please wear socks. A hip scarf or sash is very helpful but not necessary! You can also make use of a fashion scarf or small shawl tied on the hips.

What to bring
Please bring a water bottle and a notebook. The following items are recommended for all classes but not required; yoga mat, hip scarf, finger cymbals, veil
For intermediate and advanced, please also consider bringing a yoga block, a resistance band, and a small thera-ball.
For recommendations on where to buy these items please send a message to nefabitm@gmail.com

How do I participate in online class?
You can participate via a phone, tablet, or computer. Phones and tablets generally have cameras built in, as do most laptops. Not all desktop computers have webcams, but you can purchase an external webcam or you can participate without video. You will be able to see the teacher, but no one will be able to see you.
You will of course need a stable internet connection.  If you have more than one device, you may be able to create a wifi hotspot.
Once you register for class, you will receive a class link. Click the link from your device and the classroom will open for you. You do not have to have a Zoom account, but you may have more options if you do.
You can choose to participate with our without your camera or microphone turned on. This can be useful if you have privacy concerns, or if you don’t have a quiet or spacious area to participate.
If you would like to receive feedback from the instructor it is recommended to turn your camera and microphone on, and try to orient your camera so your full body is visible and well lit. Remember during these times something is better than nothing, and it doesn’t have to be perfect.
If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch before enrolling at (509) 481-1533 or email nefabitm@gmail.com
