This is a heart-pumping, fun class designed to get your heart rate up!
Bellydance moves target the obliques, abs, transverse abdominis, glutes and quads. Tone these areas for the ultimate hourglass figure while burning mega calories!
Basic moves are broken down, and progressively put together into combinations that repeat and build until we are moving at a brisk pace. Join us at Nefabit’s personal home studio for personalized results and small class sizes!
Please bring a water bottle and a small towel! This class will make you sweat.
