A magical double feature: Bellydance Evolution’s Swan Lake and BDExperience’s Alice in Wonderland—two epic stories, one unforgettable night.
Act I opens with BDExperience: Alice in Wonderland, a whimsical and imaginative journey down the rabbit hole. Through expressive movement, character-driven choreography, and fantasy, dancers bring Lewis Carroll’s beloved tale to life for audiences of all ages.
Act II features Bellydance Evolution’s Swan Lake, the company’s latest production and a bold re-imagining of the classic story. Told through a contemporary blend of Middle Eastern, Polynesian, and fusion dance styles, this Swan Lake explores themes of temptation, transformation, and redemption. Richly layered choreography, dramatic ensemble work, and striking visual storytelling create a deeply emotional and immersive experience.
The evening is artistically directed by Jillina Carlano with original music by Paul Dinletir, making this a theatrical night of dance that is both timeless and boldly reimagined.
