Northwest Bellydance Academy strives to provide high-quality classes, programs, and products. Please review the following return and refund policies before making a purchase.
Classes and Services
All sales for classes, workshops, events, and services are final.
Enrollment reserves space in class and instructional time. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been completed.
Missed Classes
Under extenuating circumstances, such as illness, bereavement, unexpeted conflicts or emergencies, a missed class may be made up in another class during the same session, when space is available and is up to the discretion of the instructor.
Makeup classes must be completed within 30 days of the missed class date, after which the makeup opportunity will expire.
Missed classes that are not made up within the allowed timeframe are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
If you know in advance of registration you will miss days, you may contact your instructor and up to two classes may be deducted from the total session. If you will miss more classes, you are encouraged to pay the drop in fee, and class space is subject to availability.
Studio Cancellations
If Northwest Bellydance Academy must cancel a class or program and cannot provide the scheduled instruction, the value of the missed class will be provided as a class credit.
This credit may be applied toward the same class or another class offering, subject to availability and agreement between the student and the studio.
Weather, Schedule Changes, and Instructor Substitutions
Occasionally, classes may be affected by weather conditions, instructor illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Northwest Bellydance Academy reserves the right to:
- Reschedule classes or provide class via zoom
- Provide substitute instructors
- Adjust the class schedule when necessary
These changes do not qualify for refunds.
When possible, reasonable efforts will be made to provide makeup opportunities or class credit.
Physical Goods
All sales of physical merchandise, apparel, accessories, or other goods are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Digital Products
All digital products, including online classes, downloads, instructional materials, or digital content, are final sale.
Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, or distributed without written permission from Northwest Bellydance Academy.
Unauthorized distribution of digital content is strictly prohibited.
Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to this Return Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you assume the risk that you may be unable to attend class after enrollment. Attendance is the responsibility of the student, and inability to attend scheduled classes does not create an obligation for refunds from Northwest Bellydance Academy.
Customers agree to contact Northwest Bellydance Academy directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution.
