ABOUT OUR PROGRAM Step into the world of bellydance with our welcoming 101 program — the perfect place for complete beginners to start their journey. In just a few weeks, you’ll learn the foundations of posture, grace, and movement while building strength, confidence, and community. No experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to have fun! Whether your goal is fitness, self-expression, or simply trying something new, our supportive instructors make sure you feel comfortable, included, and inspired from your very first class. This course is designed to be accessible at any point, with an emphasis on clear explanation and breakdown, correct muscle articulation and posture, and lots of repetition to build your strength, stamina, and muscle memory. Join our loving and supportive community and celebrate the joy of dance. Our studio creates a welcoming environment for people to find not only their dance skills, but their confidence and inner beauty.

Northwest Bellydance Academy is heavily engrained in local and national community, and we are proud of offer a multitude of opportunities to our students. We offer guidance from start to finish, with opportunities for every level to grow and shine. Some examples include:
-Rising Star Student Night at Lebanon Cafe
-Annual theatrical recital in November
-Performances at local festivals, such as Unity in the Community and the County Fair
-Invitations to exciting events such as our halftime performance for Spokane Velocity, and our opening performance for Jillina’s BDExperience show in Portland, OR, featured gala performance at Bellydancer USA in Portland, OR and many events around the Northwest.
-Auditions for our Diamond competitive team
