Follow the Leader with Thorn Trinity is a high-energy, all-levels dance class designed for dancers who just want to move. With minimal explanation and no set choreography, you’ll follow the instructor in real time, flowing, sweating, and dancing purely for the joy of it. This class is about connection, community, and getting out of your head and into your body. Just show up, follow along, and dance with us!

Follow the Leader with Thorn Trinity is an energetic, immersive movement experience designed for dancers who want to move freely and reconnect with their bodies without pressure or performance. This all-levels class centers on real-time follow-along movement rather than memorized choreography, making it accessible, welcoming, and surprisingly liberating.
You’ll be guided moment by moment by the instructor, responding to rhythm, energy, and intuitive cues as the movement unfolds. There’s no need to remember steps or “get it right” – the focus is on presence, flow, and embodied expression. Each class becomes a shared journey where music, motion, and community meet.
This format encourages you to drop out of your analytical mind and into sensation, rhythm, and breath. You’re invited to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adapt movements to suit your energy level.
Perfect for dancers of all backgrounds, including beginners, returning movers, and experienced performers looking to reconnect with joy. Follow the Leader is about showing up as you are. Come to sweat, laugh, release stress, and move together in a space that values connection over perfection.
